Introduction

Agreement Between 67bat and the User

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 67bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services offered through the 67bat website located at 67bat.bio, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, slot games, crash games, fish shooting games, and all related financial and account services. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of their location within Bangladesh.

By creating an account, logging in, or placing any wager on 67bat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. 67bat reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

Section 1 — User Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the 67bat platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Users who do not meet these requirements are strictly prohibited from registering an account or using any 67bat service.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the platform. This minimum age requirement is non-negotiable and applies without exception to all users across all divisions of Bangladesh.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account. False or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, using automated software or bots to create or operate an account, or registering as a legal entity rather than an individual is prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, voluntary or platform-imposed restriction, or any legal prohibition that prevents you from accessing online gaming services at the time of registration or during use of the platform.
• You must use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a gambling business, acting as an intermediary between the platform and other players, or any other commercial activity, is strictly prohibited.

Account Rules

Section 2 — Account Registration and Management

Each registered user is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 67bat platform. The following account rules apply at all times to all registered users.

• One account per person: registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one 67bat account — whether directly or through a third party — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances without refund.
• Account security: you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. You must notify 67bat support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• KYC verification: 67bat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
• Account currency: all 67bat accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT via supported Bangladesh payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladesh bank transfers.
• Account closure: if you wish to permanently close your 67bat account, you must contact the support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Accounts subject to active investigations or pending disputes may not be closed until the relevant matter is resolved.

Payments

Section 3 — Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

67bat processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following financial terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the platform.

67bat does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 67bat's control. The following payment rules apply to all transactions.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are not accepted and will be returned, subject to the applicable payment provider's reversal process and timeline.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. 67bat reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in accordance with anti-money-laundering compliance obligations.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your 67bat account balance. If you believe a deposit has been made in error, contact the support team immediately via live chat before placing any wagers with those funds.
• 67bat reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, exploitation of software errors, or any other form of misconduct as described in Section 4 of these Terms.

Bonuses

Section 4 — Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

67bat may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

• Bonus funds and free spins are credited to your account balance subject to wagering requirements. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• 67bat reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account. Once credited, the applicable bonus terms are fixed for the duration of the wagering requirement period.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they are issued. Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly without meeting the applicable wagering requirements, or used in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.
• 67bat reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where there is evidence that a player has exploited bonus terms, colluded with other players to generate artificial wagering activity, or engaged in any form of bonus abuse including but not limited to hedge betting and low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil rollover requirements with minimal genuine financial exposure.
• Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be limited to specific game categories, minimum deposit amounts, or time windows as specified in the individual promotion terms. 67bat is not obligated to offer any specific bonus or promotion to any specific player.

Prohibited Conduct

Section 5 — Prohibited Activities and Fair Play Policy

The integrity of the 67bat platform depends on all users participating in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent activity: using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials; engaging in credit card fraud, identity fraud, or any other form of financial fraud in connection with your 67bat account or transactions.
• Money laundering: using the 67bat platform for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity, structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid detection thresholds, or any other activity that constitutes money laundering under applicable law.
• Collusion and match-fixing: colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes; participating in or facilitating match-fixing or spot-fixing in any sport offered for betting on the 67bat platform; sharing information about live games with third parties for the purpose of gaining an unfair wagering advantage.
• Software exploitation: exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 67bat platform software to gain an advantage over other players or the house; using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in relation to a deposit that has been credited to your 67bat account and used for wagering. Any confirmed chargeback will result in account suspension and recovery proceedings for the disputed amount.
• Abusive conduct: engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward 67bat staff or other platform users via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or any in-platform messaging feature.

Intellectual Property

Section 6 — Intellectual Property Rights

All content appearing on the 67bat platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of 67bat or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the 67bat platform is the exclusive property of 67bat and is similarly protected.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 67bat platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform for any purpose other than your own personal, non-commercial use without the prior written consent of 67bat.

Liability

Section 7 — Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 67bat excludes all liability for losses and damages arising from your use of the platform. In particular, 67bat shall not be liable for the following.

• Financial losses arising from gambling: all wagering activity on the 67bat platform carries inherent financial risk. 67bat is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by users. All wagers are placed voluntarily at the user's own financial risk, and 67bat does not guarantee any return on any wager placed.
• Service interruptions: 67bat does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond 67bat's reasonable control. 67bat is not liable for losses arising from any service interruption.
• Third-party content and services: the 67bat platform incorporates games and content supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi. While 67bat endeavours to ensure these providers meet appropriate quality and fairness standards, 67bat is not liable for any losses or disputes arising directly from third-party game content or software.

Suspension

Section 9 — Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

67bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

• Breach of these Terms: any confirmed or reasonably suspected breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct described in Section 5, may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent closure if the breach is confirmed.
• Regulatory or legal requirement: where 67bat is required by applicable law, regulation, or an instruction from a competent authority to suspend or close an account, it will do so without delay. In such circumstances 67bat may be legally prohibited from disclosing the reason for the suspension to the affected user.
• Self-exclusion: where a user has voluntarily requested self-exclusion, the account will be restricted immediately and for the duration selected by the user. 67bat will not contact a self-excluded player with promotional material during the exclusion period.
• Account inactivity: accounts that have remained inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more with a zero balance may be closed by 67bat without prior notice. Accounts with a positive balance will receive advance written notice before any closure for inactivity.

Amendments

Section 10 — Amendments to These Terms

67bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material amendments are made, 67bat will endeavour to provide notice to registered users by means of an in-platform notification, email to the address registered on the account, or a prominent notice on the 67bat website. The revised Terms will take effect from the date they are published on the platform.

Your continued use of the 67bat platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact the support team to close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Governing Law

Section 11 — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
